First, you will take a feeder flight to Copenhagen to connect with your intercontinental flight. These feature a European business class flights, featuring regular economy seating with an empty middle.seat.
From the Danish capital, you will fly on SAS’s Airbus A350, which features a 1-2-1 configuration with lie-flat seats. The flight duration is approximately 11 hours for the outbound flight and around 14 hours for the inbound flight. Both flights are overnight, allowing you to take advantage of the opportunity to sleep both ways.
In its wide-body fleet, Scandinavian airline SAS has very big and comfortable seats, each offering direct access to the aisle. There’s a lot of storage room and also a very big desk which is perfect to work. The seats alternate between either being directly next to the window or directly at the aisle. There’s a different business class in their long-haul A321, however, which is less spacious. An upside of flying SAS: Free unlimited Wi-Fi! So it’s not a bad choice for hard-working businessmen.
Some EU citizens can enter South Korea visa-free and stay for up to 90 days until the end of 2026. Please check if you have to register via K-ETA before starting your trip.

You can find suitable dates using our calendar above or with the help of Google Flights to find dates for this deal. We recommend booking directly on SAS’s website.
Editor’s Note: Despite having to make a long layover on the return trip, if you want to leave the airport in Copenhagen, there is good public transport available. One of the things I like the most is that both flights are overnight, allowing you to rest and save on a night’s hotel stay on the return.

Flying Blue XP value also seems wrong – it’s 90 XP not 80 XP. I assume this is because Flying Blue credited premium economy XP for European business on SK until recently, but that bug has been fixed according to posts on FT.
How is it only 100 tier points for Virgin Atlantic Flying Club? shouldn’t it be 210?
You’re right. It seems that Virgin Flying Club has changed the rates. Thanks for pointing this out, we’ll update the values soon.
